Vintage

We take pride in the items selected for sale in our shop, and choose them carefully. All items are vintage (25+ years old) antique (100+ years old), or newly handmade. We do our best to accurately describe and honestly represent all items for sale. General all over wear, small flaws, and patina, are to be expected on vintage and antique items, and is a sign of quality and the long life of an item. If an item breaks or malfunctions after purchase, Wilma is not responsible for repairs, replacement or any refund. 

 

Final Sale

All sales are final. Please thoroughly read each item’s description and measurements, and view all images. We are happy to provide additional images and video, and answer all questions prior to purchase. If an item breaks or malfunctions after purchase, Wilma is not responsible for repairs, replacement or any refund. Additionally, refunds or credits are not offered if an item is disliked due to measurements. 

 

Shipping

Items ship within 5-7 days from purchase via UPS, unless otherwise noted.

We take great care in packaging our items for shipment. Each piece will be packaged carefully and appropriately, regardless of shipping method. All sales are final with no returns accepted, unless the item has been damaged during shipping.

Please thoroughly inspect your purchase upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the package and item, and contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please provide special instructions at check-out if needed. 

At this time we only ship in the contiguous 48 states.

 

Freight Shipping

Freight shipping is required on larger pieces of art and most furniture. We use trusted and experienced shippers who offer white glove delivery throughout the 48 contiguous states. Items that require freight and cannot be delivered via carrier, will be noted. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. If an item is purchased without consulting us for a quote, and subsequently canceled due to any delivery issue, a 20% restocking fee will result. 

Please expect longer shipping transit times for furniture. It can occasionally take up to four weeks for purchases to be processed by the freight shipper and have logistics arranged. Delivery times can be anywhere from 2-8 weeks once purchase is made. 

 

Pick Up

Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. If you need additional time, it is possible that other arrangements can be made but they must be requested and approved with us. Blankets are recommended for moving and transporting large furniture pieces- please bring your own as we do not supply them. Please bring help for heavy items. We will help when we’re able to, but additional help is greatly appreciated.


Unless otherwise approved, items not picked up after 45 days are considered abandoned and will be put back on the sales floor. 


Trade Program

We do not offer a trade discount at this time.
